Many people are intimidated by CrossFit for various reasons. CrossFit involves high intensity cardio, gymnastics movements, and olympic lifting. That can be scary for someone who doesn't know where to start. We will work with you at your pace. We will spend the time to make sure you understand the components of each movement and breakdown the specific steps. Lean on us to help you achieve your health goals. Beginner classes are run in two week cycles and it does not matter what day you start.
