5/5 pistols

10 DB plank pull throughs with a push-up

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds:

10 deadlifts (185/115)

10 box jump overs

10 t2b

*rest 90 between rounds*
RX+ 205/135

Goal is to have consistent times for all 5 rounds and sets on the t2b. Deadlift weight should be 1-2 sets.

Time cap 22 min.
