100m HEAVY OH DB carry (switch arms at 50m mark)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
14 min AMRAP:
600m run
THEN AMRAP in remaining time:
12 Alt DB snatches (50/35)
1 Length Mat to Mat Double Dumbbell Bear Crawl
12 Double Hurdle hops over 2 DB
Hurdle hops are over 2 dumbbells spaced out at about shoulder width on the ground. You may hop forward, backward or sideways over the dumbbells. 2 hops each way counts as 1 rep.
