Tuesday’s workout requires the use of bikes and the ski erg. We will be starting in different stations for bigger classes. If you have the opportunity to select a smaller class, today would be the day to do it.

Complete 3 rounds on each type of cardio (ski, bike, row, run). Use today to practice gymnastics movements.
Scale all stations to make sure you have :30 rest and time to switch.
RX+ 225/155 and SHSPU.
Score weight on the deadlifts and mark RX or RX+ if all other movements are RX or RX+ as well.
