Conga style on machines:
3 times on each machine:
:10 easy into :30 SPRINT
*:40 rest b/t machines*
Use machines in order to make efficient switching.
10 rounds total:
Partner 1: 30 DB/KB walking lunges (2 KB or DB; 50/35)
Partner 2: AMRAP: 8 T2B -2 Wall Walks
Partner 2 will be working on an AMRAP until partner 1 is done with lunges, t2b should be in 1 set.
